In case of damage caused by vandalism or a criminal act, we conduct an investigation, the purpose of which is to determine the place and the performers of the damage. We also collect information from the police in order to determine the place and the course of events. We monitor the course of the investigation as to get to know the performer’s action methods in order to eliminate risk of loss in the future. We gather the data which gives merchandise owners and their insurers a possibility to analyze and estimate the risk for insurance purposes.
